Vegetarian wok
Ingredients:
- 1 cabbage, very finely chopped
- 3 bunches of kalian, cut into strips
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 bunch of leeks, cut into rings
- 2 onions, cut into large wedges
- 2 packets tempe, diced
- 200 grams smoked tofu, diced
- 1 tuber ginger
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salty, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Bake the tempe and tahoe in a pan with oil. Put it on paper and let it drain. Heat the sesame oil. Put the onions, ginger and garlic in the pan.
Let it bake for a minute. Then add the soy sauce, kailan and bell pepper. When these start to which you add the tempe and tahoe. Bring possibly to taste with salt. The whole process on fire takes no more than 10 minutes. The vegetables are still nice and fresh and crispy. Serve with hot rice.
